Our Mission

is to be an objective, helpful expert legal witness for neuropsychological and psychological cases

Our 6 Step Process

Personal Attorney Consultation

When you schedule a Free Consultation with us to evaluate your case (through our website or by calling 210-831-3619), we’ll work hard to immediately schedule a convenient time for you to meet with Dr. Glywasky. Our goal is to gain a deep understanding of your case and clarify your trial goals.

Forensic Neuropsychological Client Evaluation

If the case plan calls for it, our team at ACNPA will evaluate your client and/or your client’s family and friends. This might include a thorough examination of your client’s cognitive, language, focus, social, mobility, and executive functioning skills

Dr. Glywasky Analyzes Exam Results

Using medical history, qualitative interview data, and formal neuropsychological testing, our team creates a detailed report analyzing your client. This includes a review of brain trauma or other neurological injuries. Our results help you understand the past, current, and future impact of this injury on your client’s life.

Attorney/Dr. Strategy Session

Using the exam results, Dr. Glywasky then meets with attorneys to explain the consequences of the injured person’s trauma. This can include discussions such as: the length and difficulty of recovery; the severity of the injury; treatment and recovery requirements.
